In this class on mixing media of watercolors and graphic materials (ink, watercolor pencils) I would share with you my approach to painting trees. The main part of the work will be done in watercolor, but we will add materials such as liners and watercolor pencils. We will also use additional tools to create interesting and not banal lines and spots. Trees are one of my favorite subjects. Different types of trees, the rhythm of trunks and branches create unlimited scope for author's interpretations and compositional solutions. I will be happy to show you my approach to this story and share all my technical tricks. But art is far from just a technique. It is very important for me to create works that convey the impression of looseness, freedom and "non-finito" effect. And this is the approach that I would share with you at the class.
